Thanks for your interest in Cho Blu Pet Portraits! If you are wanting to place an order, there are just a few steps to take before I begin the process:
- Photos of your pet: I do all of my pet portraits from multiple photos of your pet. They do not have to be digital photos (just scan in your favorites and e-mail them). I require you to send "the pose," which is the one I will base the portrait off of. Also, since I most likely will not see your pet in person, I like to have 2-3 extra photos of your pet in order to get a good idea of their personality and unique features.
- Size of portrait: Click here to see the sizes of my portraits. If there is not a size listed that you are wanting, please let me know and we can arrange to customize a canvas for you and give you a quote.
- Content: Immortalize your pet! Does your pet have a favorite toy that he/she can't live without? Do their personalities sometimes take on humanistic traits? I can customize a portrait for you that captures whatever you desire. A photo of their favorite toy or a brief description of your pet's personality will help me in designing the portrait.
After working everything out, I do require a non-refundable 50% deposit down. I will begin painting and periodically send you photos of the works in progress to get your approval. Once the piece is complete, I will send you a final photo of the finished work. At that time, the remaining balance is due before shipment. At this point, I accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cash only.
